EXPENSES:
Christian Life Resources provides the guest preacher or presenter. CLR pays the presenter an honorarium and covers all related costs. To be good stewards, we ask for the following considerations:

1. If seeking a presentation, we ask that the host has a reasonable expectation that at least 25 people will attend the presentation (if the event includes preaching for a worship service, there are no minimum expectations).
2. We ask the host to do what is possible to defray the CLR costs for the event as follows:

• Honorariums: Any normal fee you pay a guest presenter or preacher you give as a donation to the ministry of Christian Life Resources.
• Expenses: Any normal means you have allotted to cover expenses for bringing in an outside guest preacher or presenter, you give as a donation to the ministry of Christian Life Resources or make such resources available for this engagement (i.e., free lodging, meals, etc.).
• Door Offering: Take a free-will door offering after each service/event.
• Sign-Up Sheet: For those who attend the worship service but not the Bible Class, having a sign-up sheet available in the entry area and promoted in the announcements is a big help. The presenter will also have a sign-up sheet available as part of the Bible class.

IMPORTANT: Please do not give the preacher or presenter any cash. Please convert cash into a check and be sure checks are made out to Christian Life Resources. We appreciate the host organization mail all checks the week following the event, directly to:
